Jim Eberly has extensive experience in marketing residential, commercial, industrial,
recreational and farm properties. After earning his broker's license, Jim decided he could
best serve his clients as an independent. Thus Team Caledon was born.
A longtime Caledon resident, Jim and his wife Maureen have raised three children here and
he knows the local market inside out.
Jim, never one to rest on his laurels, has always gone that extra mile, once an extra
five hundred miles when he trekked to Timmins to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis research.
He is an active member of Kinsmen and Citizens for a Clean Caledon organizations and has
even thrown his gauntlet into the political arena.
With local knowledge, community spirit and years of real estate experience, Jim is the
ideal captain for Team Caledon.

Fred Cianciulli loves selling real estate more than almost anything. A family man with
a recently-married son, Fred also loves the out-of-doors. "Working with people is the
greatest reward in this job," says Fred, whose real estate experience spans more than
twenty years and includes sales throughout Caledon, King, Mississauga and Toronto.
Fred is also knowledgeable when it comes to building homes, with lots of hands-on
construction experience. When it comes to knowing houses inside out, Fred is your man.
"My profession is also my hobby," says Fred. With his background and experience in
residential, industrial, farm, commercial and recreational properties, Fred is a valuable
member of the team.

Terry’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Social Work Degree, Bachelor of
Arts ( Sociology ) Degree and a number of counseling diplomas.
A life long area resident, Terry has both professional and volunteer experience in
the fields of correction counseling, paralegal work and employment counseling. As a
volunteer Terry has devoted innumerable hours coaching youth hockey and baseball. Terry’s
interests and academic accomplishments are reflective of his nature as a people person while
his volunteerism demonstrates his commitment to community. Terry uses his knowledge of the
area and community in combination with his research, negotiation, facilitation and people
skills to meet the needs of Buyers and Sellers alike.”
